Well, first off, I'd say that the watermark is unnecessary seeing as it's illegal to sell prints of copyrighted characters (as in films), but whatever works for you, though it does unfortunately cover up some details.

Anyways, a very well-done likeness of Tom Felton as Draco Malfoy. I don't know the original reference picture, nor do I have the actor's face memorized as I do the faces of other characters (such as the ones in the fandom your username comes from), but I'll do my best. What I really like are the eyes; you really captured his life within them. They may be just a slight tad too far apart, but it is not very noticeable. Excellent job with the eyebrows; many people tend to forgot that eyebrows are made up of separate strands of hair.

The biggest thing that I would say you need to work on is the shading. The lines are obvious and don't blend well with the other tones of shading. The best way to remedy that would be layers of lead, starting light and going dark, as well as liberal use of blending materials, especially around the areas where the shading value changes. Definitely try and make your dark darks, where there is no detail (like his ear), one solid color so we don't see the lines.

Overall, a very good job.
